Opportunities

FND offers consultation to support opportunity assesment of project potential, geo locations, build feasibility, ROI and more.  We can support in the structuring for standardising specification to progress to accurate, buildable designs.

High Level Design

Initial stages including ghost/spine designs, UPRN cleanse, Civils and Third party access, stats, cabinet placement, OLT placement, cabling and joint location, NOI and other bespoke services.

Detailed Reporting

Ensuring the project is feasible and documenting elements such as land registry (boundary/wayleave checks), adoption status, SSSI (Sites of Special Scientific Interest), SED logs, desktop survey for sensitive areas, initial BOM, PIA validation pack (rod/rope/subduct), GIS shape files alongside other requests.

Site Survey & Walk Outs

Full CDM compliant survey (intrusive/non-intrusive) and documentation process. Covering route feasibility, HLD checks, areas of LOC, risks to defect in-build, TM/TTRO assessed, hazards, MDU identification, new asset locations, capacity checks and more.

Final Designs

Evolution of HLD to complete high quality, buildable Low Level Design based upon survey and validation. Full pack provided to include design files, risks, UPRN list, mapping w/X,Y and USRNs, work point instructions, final BOM, final UPRN count. splicing schedules/Fibre Allocation Sheets,

SLDs and other tailored reports.

Management & Administration

Our PMO and admin team support the process throughout with regular communications.
DFE/CVI management, as-built processing, wayleave/consent, OR network admin, stats and full in-life build management.

Our internal Quality Control team ensures the highest standards throughout.
