Opportunities

FND offers consultation to support opportunity assesment of project potential, geo locations, existing utilities/stats, build feasibility, ROI and more.  We can support in the structuring for standardising specification to progress to accurate, buildable designs.

Initial Design

Initial stages including general arrangement, lease plan, risk and hazard review, existing infrastructure integration and mitigation, draft designing, overlay works and other bespoke services.

Detailed Reporting

Ensuring the project is feasible and documenting elements such as land registry (boundary/wayleave checks), adoption status, SSSI (Sites of Special Scientific Interest), SED logs, desktop survey for sensitive areas, initial BOM, PIA validation pack (rod/rope/subduct), GIS shape files, CAD reviews,  alongside other requests.

Site Survey & Walk Outs

Full streetworks and other governing accredited/ compliant surveys (intrusive/non-intrusive) and documentation process. Covering site feasibility, design checks, areas of LOC, risks to defect in-build, TM/TTRO assessed, hazards, infrastructure identification, new asset locations, capacity checks and more.

Final Designs

Evolution of process to complete high quality, buildable final design output based upon survey and validation. Full pack provided to include design files, risks, technical build instruction, mapping w/X,Y and geo location data, work point instructions, final BOM, final BOQ count, SLDs and other tailored reports.

Construction

FND: GROUP can take the process full turnkey, utilising industry experts in their specific fields to optionally carry through the end to end designs to a finished build state.  Operating nationwide, we provide the confidence that our high quality networks and sites are fully operational at the end of the project.  We can even provide network management services post build!
