Project Analysis

Full technical consultation to establish plan of works, feasibility, assessment of deliverables and advisory services at point of concept.
B2B services include diversionary works, city ring, P2P, Smart Cities,  wireless cell sites, new build planning, MDU design, business premises, as well as public, industrial, retail and government facilities.

High Level Design

Initial stages including ghost/spine designs, UPRN cleanse, Civils and Third party access, stats, cabinet placement, OLT placement, cabling and joint location, NOI and other bespoke services.

Detailed Reporting

Initial build information is compiled to include land registry and wayleave checks, adoption status, SSSI (Sites of Special Scientific Interest), SED logs, desktop survey, highlighting of TM sensitive areas in addition to an initial BOM.

Site Survey & Walk Outs

Comprehensive internal and external surveys conducted.
Internal survey identifying equipment and termination points, suitable routes and additional hazards (asbestos register, fire hazards, site specific working arrangements, and working at height).
External surveys looking at PIA routing, planned civils, equipment/joint placement, further SEDs or hazards and points of interest which may impact build.

Final Designs

Continuation from HLD to complete high quality, buildable Low Level Design based upon survey and validation.
Full pack provided to include wayleave & consents, design files, risks, UPRN list, detailed external and internal cabling plan including photos, cable specs, civils plan, mapping and USRNs, , final BOM, splicing schedules/Fibre Allocation Sheets, SLDs and other tailored reports.

Management & Administration

Our PMO and admin team support the process throughout with regular communications.
We can produce plans of proposed new assets to be located on private property, marked up floor plans, consent packs, land registry consulation, details of landlord and more.

Our internal Quality Control team ensures the highest standards throughout.
